TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning, you are agreeing to these terms. Breaking of these terms for any reason will result in a public post and a blacklist.

Payment Policies

★ All payments must be made up front before any progress is started. I only take USD through Ko-Fi and PayPal. My prices are nonnegotiable.★ I will not issue 100% refunds if the customer has seen a WIP . Based on where they lie in the queue, they will get a 75%, 50%, or 25% refund. I will also only issue a full refund if I am unable to finish the project or I wish to no longer work with you.★ Purposeful filing of a chargeback on PayPal after the finished product was approved and business was over will result in a public warning and a blacklist.

Art Use Policies

★ First and foremost -- my art is never to be used to mint NFTs or be traded for any sort of cryptocurrency. ★ Commissioners may use the final product they receive for any personal use SUCH AS (but not limited to): social media icons, banners, page dolls, reposted WITH CREDIT, etc.★ If posting on any character storing site (toyhouse, refsheet, etc) please credit back to me! On Toyhouse my username is "wraithjaws."★ Commissioners may NOT repost the art and claim as their own, use for commercial useage without disclosing it during the commission process, trace commission and claim it as their own, or use in a sale of crypto/mint as an NFT.

GENERAL POLICIES

★ I reserve the right to refuse/refund a commission for any reason. I skim twitter accounts to see if I’m comfortable working with someone, and if I’m uncomfortable working with you, I will deny you. It’s for the benefit of both of us!★ TURNAROUND TIME VARIES! I cannot give an exact timeframe, but I will always reply, and I’ll always provide updates! Commissioners will also have access to my queue per request. Commissions should not take longer than 1-3 months. I typically will work 3 days a week on art due to my schedule and art being a hobby.★ My specialty is mammalian animals, specifically feline or canine-like creatures. If working with species/designs I'm unfamiliar with, there may be a small fee for the added time it would take + any extra drawings I’d have to do to feel comfortable with your oc. (You would receive these sketches!) Feel free to ask if I'd be comfy drawing your OC, chances are I am!★ I WILL DRAW: anthros, ferals, any body type, most mammalian species, most outfits.
★ I WONT DRAW: humans/humanoids, mecha/robots, nsfw/kink/fetish, political content.PLEASE ASK ME ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE! I will typically respond within 24 hours of a DM request since I try and check my DMs frequently!!

EXPERIMENTAL SYMMETRICAL ICONS

Comes with shading, simple background, and various details that changes from commission to commission making each one unique due to the experimental nature of these!

STANDARD ICONS
$25
1500x1500 icon style bust. Comes with shading, simple background, textures, and partial rendering. Each commission is unique due to the experimental nature of my rendering style.

BUSTS
$25 flat - $35 detailed
A bust shot of your OC! Can come with flat or patterned background, or transparent PNG! Detailed BUSTS (same as icons) will be partially rendered and have effects, shading, details, etc. May also come with little effects surrounding the OC such as hearts, lines, etc!

HALFBODIES
$40 flat - $50 detailed
Leg-up halfbody shot of your OC! detailed halfbodies come partially rendered with shading, effects, details, etc. Comes with a flat or patterned BG, or transparent PNG! May also have little details around the OC like hearts, lines, etc to make the OC pop!

FULLBODIES
$60
A fullbody drawing of your OC! Can include props free of charge. Will come with cell shading and some rendering. Will come with a flat or patterned BG, or transparent PNG! May also have little details around the OC like hearts, lines, etc to make the OC pop!

SCENE
$80 - $120
This is VERY quote based! (Adding an extra OC to these is NOT 50% of the price, that would be discussed in the quote.) Please include details like background ideas, time of day, if you want your OC to be a full/half/bust shot, etc.
